WHERE DO I ENROLL IN CLUB TONKAWA?

You can enroll at the Players Club booth at any Tonkawa Casino.

CAN I ENROLL ONLINE?

No, not at this time.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CARD?

You will receive your card at the time of enrollment at any Tonkawa Casino.

WHAT DO I NEED TO ENROLL?

You’ll need a federal-issued photo identification card, such as a driver’s license, passport, military, or Tonkawa Tribal photo identification card.

HOW DO I EARN COMPS?

Use your Club Tonkawa card to earn comps. The more you play, the more you earn. Check our “COMPS” page for more details.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO ENROLL IN CLUB TONKAWA?

You must be at least 18 years old.

WILL I RECEIVE A PASSWORD OR PIN NUMBER?

You will set a four-digit PIN when you pick up your card, and it’s your responsibility to keep it secure.

HOW DO I RESET MY PIN NUMBER?

You can reset your PIN number by requesting assistance at the Players Club booth.

WHERE CAN I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT TO SEE INFORMATION?

You can access your account information from Players Club personnel.

WHERE DO I GO TO REQUEST A WIN/LOSS STATEMENT?

To receive a win/loss statement, complete a release form located on our website. You can also request one from Players Club personnel, who can print, email, or mail it to you.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BEING A MEMBER?

When you use your Club Tonkawa card, you earn comps and points based on your level of play. You may also receive customized offers for Free Play, hotel stays, and more.

HOW DO I GET ON THE MAILING LIST?

Provide your mailing address when enrolling in Club Tonkawa.

HOW DO I REMOVE MYSELF FROM THE MAILING LIST?

Visit Club Tonkawa at any Tonkawa Casino property and request a no-mail request form and submit it to be removed from the contact list.

IF I REMOVE MY INFORMATION FROM THE CONTACT LIST, CAN I CONTINUE TO RECEIVE OFFERS?

Yes, you can check your available offers at the Club Tonkawa when visiting the casino.

WHERE DO I GO TO UPDATE MY CONTACT INFORMATION?

You can update contact information at any Players Club booth.

WHO DO I CONTACT OR WHERE DO I GO IF I’VE LOST MY CARD?

Visit any Tonkawa Casino to get your card reprinted.

CAN I USE MY CLUB TONKAWA CARD AT ANY TONKAWA ENTERPRISE?

No, but check back soon! This feature will be available in the future.

CAN I REDEEM COMPS AT ANY TONKAWA CASINO?

Not yet! However, you can request a comp from Native Lights Casino to use at the Tonkawa Hotel and Travel Plaza for gas.

CAN I REDEEM FREE PLAY OFFERS AT ANY TONKAWA CASINO?

Currently, Free Play offers can only be redeemed at the property that provided them.

ARE THE BENEFITS THE SAME AT EACH TONKAWA CASINO?

Yes, the benefits are the same.

DO I HAVE TO GET A NEW CLUB TONKAWA CARD?

Yes, your original Rewards card will only work at the local casino where you enrolled. To use your card at other Tonkawa Casinos, you must get a new card at that particular casino.

WILL MY OFFERS CHANGE IF I GET A NEW CLUB TONKAWA CARD AT A DIFFERENT CASINO?

Offers will continue to be based on your level of play at your home Tonkawa Hotel & Casino.

CLUB TONKAWA TIER STATUS


WHAT IS TIER STATUS?

Tier Status is a card level within the Club Tonkawa which indicates your level of membership.

DO THE TIERS HAVE NAMES?

Yes!

  • Club Card
  • Prime Card
  • Elite Card

DOES TIER STATUS EXPIRE?

Yes, Tier Status expires every six months. The evaluation periods are from January 1st to June 30th and from July 1st to December 31st.

CLUB TONKAWA PROMOTIONS


HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN A DRAWING PROMOTION?

You can be entered into drawings by swiping your Club Tonkawa card at any Club Tonkawa Player kiosk or by visiting any Club Tonkawa booth.

HOW DO I EARN ENTRIES INTO A DRAWING?

You earn entries based on the number of points required for the promotion.

CAN I CHECK THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES I HAVE, AND IF SO, WHERE DO I GO?

You can check the number of entries you have at the Players Club booth. Additional rules for each promotion will be provided upon request at the Players Club booth.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY ENTRIES?

You may activate your entries by redeeming them at any Club Tonkawa booth at any of the Tonkawa Enterprise Casinos. Entries are only capable of being redeemed at the property where those points were earned.
