WE OFFER A FOUR DAY, 36-HOUR WEEK FOR HOURLY EMPLOYEES REPLACING THE TRADITIONAL FIVE DAY, 40-HOUR WEEK – WITH NO DECREASE IN PAY.

Tonkawa Enterprises offers its full-time, hourly employees a four-day, 36-hour work week. Employees work four 9-hour days while continuing to be paid a full-time wage based on a 40-hour work week. This change results in an additional 26 paid days a year and adds up to an extra 52 days off annually.

This full-time, hourly employee plan is available at all of our Tonkawa Enterprises locations:

Tonkawa Casino, Tonkawa Hotel, Native Lights Casino, Tonkawa Gasino, Buffalo Grill & Lounge, Tonkawa Travel Plaza, The Smoke Shop, and The Hub Entertainment Center.

Requirements for Casino Employment:

To benefit from these opportunities and be part of our dynamic team, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be over 18.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license from Tonkawa Gaming Commission requires an extensive background check.
  • Must be able to communicate, read, and write in English.

Requirements for The Hub Employment:

For opportunities at The Hub Entertainment Center, candidates should meet these criteria:

  • Must be 16 or older
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must be able to communicate, read, and write in English.

  • For every hour you work, Tonkawa Enterprises will allocate $2 to your internal student account.
