When will I receive my card?

At the time of enrollment at any Tonkawa Enterprise Casino.

What do I need to enroll?

A federal-issued photo identification card, such as a driver’s license, passport, military or Tonkawa Tribal photo identification card.

How do I earn points?

With the new Club Tonkawa, you can earn points.  Slots vary depending on vendor.

What are points worth?

400 points = $1 in Free Play
400 points = $1 for purchases of Food & Beverage

How old do I have to be to enroll?

At least 18 years old.

Will I receive a password or PIN number?

When you pick up your card for the first time, you will be asked to provide a four-digit number. You are responsible for keeping your PIN secure.

How do I reset my PIN number?

Your PIN number can be reset by request at the Players Club booth.

Where can I access my account to see information?

From Players Club personnel or from your personalized Club Tonkawa Offers page on our website if you choose to enroll.

Where do I go to request a win/loss statement?

To receive a win/loss statement, you first need to complete a Release Form. These are located on our website, Tonkawacasinos.com. You can also request one from a Players Club personnel to be printed, emailed, faxed or mailed to you. Once you have completed the form, you will need to provide a copy of your ID. It may take up to 7 business days to process. We can email, fax or mail the statement to you upon request.

Who do I contact or where do I go if I’ve lost my card?

Visit any Tonkawa Casino to get your card reprinted.

What are the benefits of being a member?

When you use your Club Tonkawa card, you earn benefits based on level of play. You may receive offers of Free Play, hotel stays, Retail Credits and much more, customized just for you. You can also earn entries for cash drawings, Free Play or gifts.

How do I get on the mailing list?

Provide your mailing address when enrolling in the Club Tonkawa.

How do I get on the email list?

Provide your email address upon enrollment in the Club Tonkawa or visit your personalized Club Tonkawa Offers page on our website and click on our Go Green

How do I remove myself from the mailing list or email list?

By visiting Club Tonkawa at any Tonkawa Casino property and requesting a No-Mail request form to be removed from the contact list.

If I remove my information from the contact list, can I continue to receive offers?

Yes. When visiting the casino, check your available offers at the Club Tonkawa.

Where do I go to update my contact information?

You may update contact information at any Players Club booth.

Can I use my Club Tonkawa card at any Tonkawa Enterprise?

No. This feature will be a future enhancement.

Can I redeem points and comps at any Tonkawa Casino?

No. This feature will be a future enhancement. You can however,redeem points at the Tonkawa Casino you earned the points at. Comps may be redeemed at locations with restaurants, a hotel or other participating amenities.

Can I redeem Free Play offers at any Tonkawa Casino?

Currently, Free Play offers may only be redeemed at the property that provided the offer.

Are the benefits the same at each Tonkawa Casino?

Yes.

Do I have to get a new Club Tonkawa card?

Yes. Your original Rewards card will work only at the local casino where you enrolled. To use your card at any of the other Tonkawa Casinos, you must get a new card at that particular casino.

Will my offers change?

Offers will continue to be based on level of play at your home Tonkawa Casino.

Will my points change?

All existing point balances will be converted to the new point structure. You will retain 100% of the value of your points when the club is upgraded. With the new Club Tonkawa, you will earn points at a faster rate for more than just slot play.

What is a Point?

Points are used to determine Tier Status. Points also unlock exclusive member only benifits and earn entries into virtual drawings.

Do points expire?

Yes. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

When do my points post to their accounts?

Points for slots and video poker are posted immediately as they are earned.

 

Club Tonkawa Tier Status

 

What is Tier Status?

Tier Status is a card level within the Club Tonkawa.

Do the Tiers have names?

• Club Card

• Prime Card

• Elite Card

What are the requirements for each Tier Status?

• Club Card requires 0 to 29,999 points

• Prime Card requires 30,000 to 99,999 points

• Elite Card requires 100,000

Does Tier Status expire?

Yes, Tier Status expires every six months. This is the same time frame as the Points. The evaluation period is January 1 to June 30th and July 1st to December 31st.

How do I participate in a drawing promotion?

You can be immediately entered into drawings when you swipe your Club Tonkawa card at any Club Tonkawa Player Kiosk or by visiting any Club Tonkawa Booth.

How do I earn entries into a drawing?

You earn entries based on the number of points required for the promotion.

Can I check the number of entries I have, and if so, where do I go?

You can check the number of entries you have at the Players Club booth.

Where can I find the rules of a promotion?

The rules for any promotion will be provided upon request at the Players Club booth.

How do I activate my entries?

You may activate your entries by redeeming them from any Club Tonkawa Booth at any of the Tonkawa Enterprise Casinos. Entries are only capable of being redeemed at the property in which those points were earned.
